Angelos Antonopoulos
Angelos Antonopoulos was born in 1957, in Tropea of Gortinia, in Greece. He has studied painting and stage design at the Athens School of Fine Arts, with professors D. Kokkinidis, V. Dimitreas and V. Vassiliadis. He has had over 25 solo exhibitions, i.e. Municipal Gallery Athens, Art Athina Titanium, Art Forum Tsatsis essaloniki, Nees Morfes Ath- ens, Citronne Poros, Apocalypse Nicosia, TAF e Art Foundation Athens , Agathi Kartalos Athens and has also participated in many group exhibitions in Greece and abroad, i.e. Cyprus, Spain, Germany, Italy, Croatia, UK and U.S.A. He has also painted murals at the IDEAL cinema in Athens and Cineac cinema in Pireus. Since 1989, he has been teaching painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts
